Refund Eligibility
- Time Frame: Refunds are eligible within 7 days of purchase. Beyond this period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Access: Courses that have not been accessed are eligible for a full refund.
- Progress: Courses that have been accessed but not progressed beyond a 5% completion are eligible for a partial refund.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Course Completion: If a course has been accessed and progressed beyond 5% completion, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
- Discounted Courses: Courses purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for a refund.
- Account Misuse: If any misuse or violation of the platform’s terms of use is detected, the account may be suspended without a refund.
